Shipping within Ireland

  • Standard Shipping: Orders within Dublin are typically delivered within 1-2 business days, while deliveries to the rest of Ireland take 2-4 business days.

  • Shipping Rates: We offer free standard shipping on orders over €50. For orders under €50, a flat rate of €5 applies.

  • Express Shipping: Need it faster? We provide express delivery across Ireland with a 1-day delivery guarantee for an additional fee of €10.

International Shipping

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery status in real time.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from ComputerWorks. If you're not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Eligibility: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at returns@computerworks.ie with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back to us.

  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original method of payment.

Exchanges
